4WD ExtraLite Tanks: 850 to 1,050 gallon
capacity, #4 finish 10 gauge, 304 stainless steel tank, baffled
design, 16'' manhole, with 10" fill opening. Stainless
steel full V sump, 3/16" stainless steel skid, dual sight
gauges, 60 gallon capacity stainless steel water flush-out
tank with top sparger to clean heads, sides and baffles, stainless
steel cat walks, 3" tank reload port.
Welded Skid: One piece 3/16" (33% thicker than
10 gauge used elsewhere) stainless steel design for strength
and durability, boom system is directly attached to chassis
frame.
Hypro Product Pumps and System: Hypro 9307C-GM12-
3” x 2” Hydraulically driven pump. All product
plumbing throughout system is welded 100% 304 stainless steel
plumbing for efficient product flow and no corrosion. 2''
sparger line and 3'' auxiliary bypass line, 1-3'' single stainless
steel strainer. Cab Controlled SS butterfly valve in sparger
line.
Hydraulic System: Direct mount tandem gear bushing
pump, front section operates booms, rear section operates
a hydraulic motor driven product pump. 50 or 75 gallon reservoir
with site gauge, baffle, vent and filter, hydraulic cooler
options are available.
Std. Boom: 65' Boom with adjustable height of 42''
with tip break away and accumulator shocks . 1 1/2'' stainless
steel boom pipes, individual boom section control, 3 Section
1 1/2" motorized ball valve shut-off with S.S. ball and
stem (five on 60/80). Air powered boom tube clean-outs. Richway
air actuated nozzles deliver positive no-drip, nozzle shutoff.
Air operated fence row nozzle. Metal is sandblasted, Varaprimed
and painted with Polyurathane paint for a lasting finish.
Hydraulic Boom Controls: 4-way joystick controls for
reliability and easy access.
Foam Marker: Stainless steel, 45 gallon to 100 gallon
capacity. Foam is made outside of the tank for more consistent
foam and more acres. |

Booms: 55’, 65’, 75’, 80’,
85’, 60/80’ and 65/90’ with adjustable height
of 42”.
Nozzle Spacing: 20”, 30”, PrePost, Full
Float-10”-15”, 60” spacing’s available.
3/4” for Flood Jet tips and 3/8” for TeeJet on
same stainless steel boom tube. Fittings are coped and tig
welded for more flow and zero leaks.
Nozzles: CP adjustable flood or flat fans, single
or triple 5-way bodies, TeeJets, Spraying System Air Powered
Chem Saver. No drips or Richway nozzle stops.
Parallel Swathing Systems: Raven, TeeJet, and Trimble.
Option: Full hydraulic steer truck axle with orbital
motor disconnects.
High Volume Pumps: 1-1/2” or 2’ stainless
steel boom pipes and shut-offs. Options; Gould or Defco pumps
with 1-1/2” or 2” outlets
Tire/Rim Packages: Various flotation and/or post tire
packages and set ups.
Combo Units: "Quick-Change combo" option
for adding a dry spreader. Enables tank and booms to come
off as one. Able to be switched over with our exclusive manifold,
disconnects everything in two seconds.
Chemical Eductor: Available in poly or stainless steel
for liquid or dry chemicals.
Controls: Raven, TeeJet and Trimble. Raven and Trimble
Steer-hydraulic or manual.
Pressure Washer: Hydraulic driven pressure washer
for in-field washing of machine, 3 GPM @ 1200 PSI (11.4 LPM
@ 82.7 BAR).
Hand Washer: Available in poly or stainless steel
tank with ball valve.
Acid Sprayers: 316 stainless, acid resistant hose
