Transmission: Allison RDS3000 6-speed
automatic with off-road HD belly pan,rated by Allison for 330 h.p.,950
ft/lb. Two in-line transmission coolers. Three year Allison warranty.
Torque converter locks up in 2nd through 5th gear. Range inhibitor
prevents vehicle from going into gear unless at idle eliminating
any shock loading of driveline. Fuller AT1202 2-speed ON/OFF road
auxiliary transmission.
Front Axle: Dana Spicer 20,000 lb. front
axle with 16,000 lb. front springs. Dual hydraulic power steering,
Stemco seals, Stahly lift blocks, steering arms, drag links and
front end alignment.
20” 10-hole Budd front wheels moved in 2.5” closer to
frame. 41’ turning diameter (20.5’ radius) from centerline
of vehicle.
Rear Axle: Dana Spicer 35,000 lb. application
approved Double reduction rear axle rated for 125,000# GCVW. 31,500
lb. multi-leaf rear suspension w/3,000 aux springs. 20” hub
pilot wheels with anti-slip rim flange locks.
Frame: 120” cab to axle,120,000 PSI
10.62 in.x 3.19 in. x .375 with full inner liner and off-road 3-piece
C-channel crossmembers w/cast gussets. Chassis hose and wiring neatly
routed through gussets. Imron paint, channel bumper.
Brakes: Front 16.5 in.x 6 in., Rear 16.5
in.x 7 in. Full air service and parking brakes, 13.2 cu.ft. Bendix
air compressor w/filter deleted and routed directly to air cleaner.
Rear dust shields.
Cab: Severe Service cab package w/Imron®
paint. All aluminum Peterbilt cab,stainless steel outside sunvisor,
Full length stainless steel piano door hinges. Fiberglass hood and
fenders, Stahly fiberglass fenderset. Chrome frame mount vertical
exhaust w/Guard, Vantage interior,18” (4) spoke foam steering
wheel, Air conditioning w/charcoal filtration, Tinted glass, AM/FM
w/hot posts for CB radio, Tilt steering column, electronic hand

or less.12V system, 130 amp alternator. Dual maintenance free batteries
(1900 CCA) Battery disconnect switches in cab.
Fuel Capacity: RH 70 gallon polished aluminum
tank, LH 50 gallon polished aluminum tank.
Tires: 48 x 25.00 -20 12 ply front, 66 x
43.00 -25 16 ply “Deep Tread” rear. Caster,camber &
tow in calibrated on our 30’ drive on frame machine for 48”
tires.
Warranty: Three years on Allison Transmission,
two years on Cummins.
